Follow one batch from start to finish
The GIANTS Academy describes wrapped bales and bunkers as routes to silage through fermentation. Choose a route by planning the work around it, including how you will handle the finished material.
Start with a modest batch and a destination: animal feed, a production facility or a selling point. Check that the destination accepts the intended material in your game before paying for the rest of the setup.
Write down both routes
For bales, list how you will obtain the material, bale it, wrap it, lift it and transport it. Check the bale dimensions and the requirements of each candidate machine. A plan based on a machine you already own still needs a way to handle its finished bales.
For a bunker, plan collection and delivery, the operations required by that particular silo, and loading after fermentation. The Academy bunker workflow includes compaction and covering before fermentation. Confirm those operations in the selected silo instructions before the first delivery. Beside each operation, note the machine and access space it needs rather than treating unloading as the complete job.
Look up recorded specifications in equipment and put alternatives beside each other in comparison. Confirm missing dimensions or attachment information in the game shop.
Walk through the handling plan
Choose where machines and finished material will stand. Trace the loading and delivery route, including turns and unloading. Check that a parked trailer or stored batch will not block the access you need for another task.
Separate equipment quotes from your estimate of time. Add collection, handling, delivery and the trip back to the starting point. Keep the waiting period for fermentation visible, even when you expect to work elsewhere during it.
Record the first batch's size, machines, tasks and destination. Compare the completed work with your plan before expanding. If one stage was awkward, resolve that stage first instead of assuming that a larger batch will make the overall route cheaper. Use current quotes and your observations for the next budget; a general tutorial's profit multiplier is not a substitute for them.
