Enable Pan map to drag without changing a note position, or use the arrow pan buttons. Click the canvas to set a position, use its arrow keys to move the draft by 1%, or enter X/Y below. Built-in coordinates are percentages of the map world extent. Legacy notes use the original image crop. Switching views preserves each layer separately.
