Describe the problem you can see
Start with one facility and one product. Is production stopped, are finished goods still in storage, or are physical pallets making the loading area difficult to use? Write down the symptom before choosing a remedy.
Check the building's instructions and current display. Record the recipe, available inputs, stored finished goods and output setting. Note any message the game shows. These details give you a starting point for comparison without guessing that every backlog has the same cause.
Observe a short period
Record the quantities and settings, let a clearly noted period pass, then check them again. Keep the time speed and other changes visible in your notes. You want to know what changed, rather than relying on the impression that nothing is happening.
Inspect the loading area separately. Check access for your handling vehicle, where pallets are standing and where you intend to deliver them. If you move a pallet to test the area, record the result before changing another setting.
Use production pages to follow recorded products and recipes, and equipment to inspect handling options. Confirm absent information in the current game or the exact building's documentation.
Change one thing and compare
Choose the smallest useful test for the symptom. It might be checking an output setting, changing the loading route or arranging a destination for one product. Write down the starting condition and the expected result, then observe what actually happens.
If manual handling is the difficulty, compare fewer simultaneous deliveries or a simpler route before investing in more machines. If you consider a mod, check its supported platform, products, dependencies and author instructions. A recommendation from another player's setup does not answer those questions for yours.
Keep the observation with the building and mod versions. If the problem persists, a support request can explain the symptom, the test and the result. That is more useful than rebuilding the whole chain before establishing where it is getting stuck.
